About Us.
My name is Ian Walton and I own CLM Roofing.
We are small family run business, together with my wife Mel, based in County Durham.
I have over 29 years of roofing experience on both commercial and residential sites. I have 14 years Solar PV Installation experience on small and large sites all over the United Kingdom.
Over the previous 11 years I have trained and gained experience in solar pest control and have developed a netting system like no other.

Our Solar Pest Exclusion Systems are used to deter pigeons and other birds from roosting and nesting in the void area between PV solar panels and pitched roofs.
By excluding unwanted birds from beneath solar systems, it reduces cleaning and maintenance requirements. Pests that remain unchecked may cause significant damage to the solar PV system, your roof itself and possibly the rainwater drainage system.
